10g spring onions


Half a sausage


Salt 1g


Milk 50ml


1 tsp of corn oil

1. peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices


2. steam in a pan over water for 18 minutes to cook through


3. chop the spring onion and meat


4. Press the steamed potatoes with a spoon to form a fine puree


5. Add the milk in three even portions until completely absorbed


6. Add the chopped spring onion, salt, and sausage to the mashed potatoes and mix well.


7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for three minutes, and fill a large laminating bag with the mashed potatoes.


8. Squeeze the mashed potatoes into a non-stick baking tray in the shape of a biscuit.


9. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or 200 degrees for 5 minutes, adjust oven temperature to suit your own oven.
